All community gardens in Chicago parks are independently managed and financed by community members. This garden is managed by the Wicker Park Garden Club. Occupying 10,000 square feet of space, the Wicker Park Gardens are designed, funded, and maintained by volunteers. The gardens feature sustainable and native plants designed to provide four season interest to park patrons and an environment rich for birds, beneficial insects and pollinators.
