Keep your kids active and happy after school in Park Kids!
Offered at more than 100 parks throughout the city, Park Kids provides a safe and fun setting for kids after school.
Activities may include sports, games, arts & crafts, nature, fitness/wellness, brain play, and homework time.
- Ages 6-12
- Monday - Friday, 3- 6 pm, at most parks (hours may vary)
- Fall 2025 session:
- Begins Monday, August 18 (following the Chicago Public Schools calendar)
- Registration begins August 4 & 5 online
- Programs are posted for viewing on July 28
Registration Information
Register by season or for the full school year. The package enrollment allows you to enroll for the full school year (Fall, Winter, and Spring sessions) all at once. A payment plan is available to split the cost seasonally, if you prefer, or you may pay in full up front.
This activity has an age calculation date of September 1 of the current school year, not the first day of the activity.
