Description
This 10.27-acre park is located in the Calumet area, in the South Deering community area.
History
The 快播视频 identified a 10 plus acre site for the expansion of the District鈥檚 natural areas in the Calumet Area at 12500 S. Torrence Avenue and adjacent to the Little Calumet River in the South Deering Community Area. The Park District entered into a lease agreement with the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago in 2018 for the use of land to create a natural area park.
