In Eliana Ni帽o鈥檚 poignant and charming feature debut, Shaira, a girl from the eastern plains of Colombia, dreams of participating in a coleo festival (an event similar to a rodeo). But after a recent drought severely damaged the crops, Shaira鈥檚 grandfather sells her horse without telling her. One day, he tells Shaira that the reason why some clouds take the shape of animals is that the sky traps them and won鈥檛 return them until the day it rains again on earth. Shaira embarks on a journey to go in search of a special seed that will make the heavens rain again to bring her horse back.
En esta conmovedora y encantadora 贸pera prima, Shaira, una ni帽a de los llanos orientales de Colombia, sue帽a con participar en un festival de coleos. Pero despu茅s de que una reciente sequ铆a da帽ara severamente los cultivos, el abuelo de Shaira vende su caballo sin dec铆rselo. Un d铆a, le dice a Shaira que la raz贸n por la que algunas nubes toman la forma de animales es que el cielo las atrapa y no las devolver谩 hasta que llueva nuevamente. Shaira se embarca en un viaje para ir en busca de una semilla especial que har谩 que los cielos vuelvan a llover para traer de vuelta a su caballo.
