Come celebrate the Sankofa for the Earth gathering space, nature in Chicago, and the communities surrounding the Burnham Wildlife Corridor at Earth Jam at Sankofa Family Day. This is a family friendly event with a live jam session, storytelling, libation ceremony, painting, a bonfire and more.
Meet at the Burnham Nature Sanctuary by E 47th Street and DuSable Lake Shore Drive at 2PM then walk to Sankofa for the Earth gathering space as a group at 2:15.
Earth Jam at Sankofa Family Day is one of many Roots & Routes events celebrating nature and community at the Burnham Wildlife Corridor.
