Aquatic Exercise I - Water Walking

Age: 18 and up

Instructor-led group exercise activity for the general population adaptable for individual pace and intensity. This low-intensity activity is for new or returning participants. Various styles of walking across the width of the shallow end of the pool will be covered. The aquatic environment is easy on the joints and offers more resistance. The general activity format includes a warm-up, cardio work, strengthening work, and cool down. No swimming experience is needed.

Aquatic Exercise II - Low Impact

Age: 18 and up

Instructor-led group exercise activity for the general population adaptable for individual pace and intensity. Participants move at a slow pace in this low to moderate-intensity activity, while doing less intense exercises in chest-deep water. The aquatic environment is easy on the joints and offers more resistance. The general activity format includes a warm-up, cardio work, strengthening work, and cool down. No swimming experience is needed.

Aquatic Exercise III - High Impact

Age: 18 and up

Instructor-led group exercise activity for the general population adaptable for individual pace and intensity. Participants move at a faster pace in this high-intensity activity, using techniques to increase intensity in chest-deep water. The aquatic environment is easy on the joints and offers more resistance. The general activity format includes a warm-up, cardio work, strengthening work, and cool down. No swimming experience is needed.

Note:  Due to high demand, some locations may have to limit the number of classes a participant can register for. Please contact your park before registering for more than one Aquatic Exercise class in the same level.
