Patrons of all ages are invited to participate in a range of activities this Autumn
CHICAGO鈥 Though the Summer has been a blast, the 快播视频 is proud to continue our exciting programs into the new school year as the seasons change! Patrons can view the fall programs now, and registration begins the week of August 14, 2023. The fall session runs from September 5, 2023 through December 10, 2023.
鈥淲e know that in Chicago, the fall is no time to retreat indoors鈥 said General Superintendent and CEO Rosa Escare帽o. 鈥淲e invite you, the patrons of our parks, to try a new activity, get to know your neighbors, and enjoy the breadth of offerings our organization provides.鈥

Registration Schedule:
鈥 At 9:00 a.m. on Monday, August 14, 2023, online registration opens at parks located west of California Ave. & for all Virtual Programs
鈥 At 9:00 a.m. on Monday, August 15, 2023, online registration opens at parks located east of California Ave.
鈥 In-person registration will begin August 19, 2023 or August 21, 2023, the date will vary by park. A full list of dates by park is available here.

Park Kids After-School Program
When school is out, the Parks are in. The 快播视频 offers Park Kids, an afterschool program, to children ages 6-12 years of age at over 100 park locations. Children can participate in arts and crafts, nature, fitness and wellness, and homework time from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The fall session begins on August 21, 2023.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Just Keep Swimming!
Lap swim, cardio cycling, water walking, low and high impact aquatic exercise, and beginner swim lessons fill Chicago鈥檚 indoor pools this Fall. Need some competition in your life? Water Polo, rowing, and sailing provide opportunities to race and play alongside other Chicagoans of various ages. Click for a full listing on aquatic programming!
Special Recreation
Adaptive Archery, fitness, bowling, gymnastics, and more are available to Chicagoans with a primary intellectual or developmental disability. Special recreation programs frequently grant eligibility for Special Olympics competition and serve as a great way for families to build community. Clickfor all special recreation programs.
Arts in the Parks
The 快播视频 invites youth to tap into their creative side and enroll in Arts and Crafts, acting classes, ballet and more. Art supports mental health and builds collaboration skills for people of all ages. Find art programs !

From boxing to core workouts, patrons of all ages can break a sweat without breaking the bank. In addition to small and large group exercise, there is no shortage of team sport options. Go wild with Nature Programs
Dreaming of being a young explorer, or are you looking to relax and observe Chicago鈥檚 havens for wildlife? Sign up for Birding is for Everyone at either Northerly Island or McCormick Sanctuary at Burnham to receive a guided bird watching stroll.
