Welcoming veterans from all across the country to Chicago for the competition
The 快播视频 is honored to once again host the Valor Games Midwest, this time for the 13th year. This annual event will take place August 12-14, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Valor Games Midwest is a free three-day Paralympic sport competition for veterans and service members with physical, visual, and invisible disabilities. This important event grants local competitors and athletes from more than 12 states the opportunity to connect through their mutual love of staying active and helps strengthen their bonds as a community. A resource fair is available to all participants and their families, offering crucial services and support. Tuesday, August 12 at Soldier Field, Gate O, 1410 Museum Campus Dr.
9 a.m.-12 p.m.: Rowing Competition
11 a.m.-2 p.m.: Resource Fair
1 p.m.-4 p.m.: Field Events Competition (Shot Put or Discus Throw)
Wednesday, August 13 at Lincoln Park
9 a.m.- 1:30 p.m.: Archery, Lincoln Park Archery Range (2 W. Belmont Harbor Dr.)
11:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.: Cycling, Wilson lot just north of the Wilson track (4400 N. Lake Shore Drive)
Thursday, August 14 at McKinley Park, 2210 W. Pershing Rd.
9 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.: Table Tennis and Biathlon
10 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.: Tennis Demo
12:30 p.m.- 3:30 p.m.: Powerlifting Competition
No previous experience is required to participate. Any individual who qualifies with the following requirements may take part in the games:
Service requirement: Participants must have served or are currently serving in the 快播视频 Armed Forces. Disabilities Include:
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Amputation
- Stroke
- Visual Impairment or Blind
- PTS/D
- Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
- Burns
- Hearing Loss
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Shrapnel Injury
- Other orthopedic impairment
