Located directly on the sands of Lake Michigan this open-air facility features grand entryways overlooking the bluest of waters. Choose the covered Promenade with sun-drenched balconies on the second floor, where the breeze of nautical waters sweeps you away or either of the majestic courtyards on the ground level for a whimsical affair. - Weekday Hourly Rate (4 hour minimum) $250.00
- Additional Weekend Hourly Rates available with use of 8 hr. package only $320.00 but after 10pm is $450.00
- Additional Fees may be applied for security and personnel when extending event hours
- Non-for profit organizations get 40% off the rental fee, ask your Special Event Manager about the 60-day rate.

To Book
To reserve one of these spaces submit the following:
- Special Event Venue Application
- Non-Refundable Reservation Down Payment (50% of the Rental Fee)
The Non-Refundable Reservation Down Payment Fee will be applied towards your Rental Fee. It is non-refundable and non-transferable if reservation is cancelled. All remaining fees are due 180 days prior to the event. - $35 Non-Refundable Application Fee
Reservations are not secure until all requested fees and documents are received and a contract is executed.
Temporary date reservations are not available.
Additional Information
Parking is pay and display. Parking lot does get extremely crowded.
- All permittees are required to use rental suppliers from the Preferred Professional List for items such as linens, tableware, tents, etc.
- Cost to be determined by rental supplier.
- Certain rentals can also be coordinated and/or contracted through the
caterers.
The ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ requires any individual or group hosting an event on ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ property to obtain General Liability Insurance in the amount of $1M ($2M if serving alcohol) naming the ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ at 4830 S. Western Ave., Chicago IL, 60609. as Additional Insured. The Park District also requires the Endorsement issued by the insurance carrier. You may obtain this insurance from any insurance company of your choosing.
There is limited electrical power available. Generators may be rented to meet electrical needs. Contact us at (773) 256-0159 for more information.
