Description

Prescribed fire is often considered to be the most important tools we have as land managers to help our ecosystem. Join us to learn about how native species have adapted, and how periodic fire can greatly improve the health and biodiversity of our habitat. We'll have a short indoor presentation, followed by a hike through the preserve to see the impacts and benefits first hand. The class is free, but registration is strongly encouraged.
