Community gardens are places where plants and people can thrive but sometimes, conflicts can happen. Join us for a discussion on nurturing, cultivating, and fostering growth among garden members to develop leaders who can foster a community environment. We will share practices for setting clear expectations and roles for members, developing shared vision for care of people and plants, and creating a space for neighbors to gather.
